• The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 12 Noon (time in usa) for all flower bouquets and floral arrangements, Tuesday through Saturday.
• We use Fedex to deliver the flowers
• If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
• For Alaska and Hawaii we are unable to guarantee next day delivery due to the additional time needed by our shipping company to get flowers to these locations.
• If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
• Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
• 6. Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has been shipped with Fedex for delivery.

While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:

• 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
• 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
• 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
• 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.

  Yes. We have add-ons in the product details page. Using this, you will be able to add more products such as balloons and chocolates to your gift.

• Do you allow customization of the products?

  Yes, we give you the chance to customize the product according to your likes and preferences. It can be done in the special instructions section in the checkout page. You may choose Small, Medium, or Large sized bunches of flowers. You have the option of specifying colors for roses. We will try to deliver them as you have requested but cannot guarantee.

• Do you have flowers for different occasions and how do I select flowers that are appropriate for those?

  Yes, we have flowers that are appropriate for many occasions. On the top left of every page there is a list of occasions.

• If I am dissatisfied with your service. What is your policy regarding it?

  If you are dissatisfied contact us by phone or email. We trust our customers and we will 'refund or replace' your order.
