- The cut-off time for next-day delivery is 3PM EST for all flower bouquets and floral arrangements as well as plant Tuesday through Saturday.
- If we receive the order after that, we will deliver it the next business day and inform you about it.
- If the recipient cannot be reached, we will deliver the flowers to a neighbour.
- Your order would be processed based on the success of charging your credit card.
- This product is delivered via Overnight Courier (Fedex). All the next day delivery flowers by Fedex are delivered fresh directly from the growers in an insulated gift box with a quality message card, floral preservative and flower care information.
- Please also note that any changes and cancellations will not be accepted if your order has been shipped with Fedex for delivery.
Please Note: If the given address or phone number of the recipient is wrong and we are not able to reach them despite our best efforts, we will have to charge you 50% of the order value and the shipping costs towards material wastage.
While it is rare that we substitute your order components, there are times when substitution is required for items delivered by the local florist.

Items may be substituted in the following cases:
- 1. If we are out of a particular item like a basket or a container, a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted.
- 2. If we run out of a particular flower, we may substitute with another flower while ensuring that the look and feel of the floral arrangement is as close to the original as possible.
- 3. Sometimes, in cases like Teddy Bears or Cakes we may have to ship a different colored or flavored product or if we run out of a particular item in a gift hamper a similar item or element of equal or greater value is substituted .
- 4. Please note that the images shown on the site are indicative of the product and are upgraded versions. Thus, the flowers upon delivery would be similar to the product shown and will be for the value paid by our esteemed customers.
